TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility

• Open to dog owners residing in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Croatia, Bulgaria, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Belgium,, Denmark, Luxembourg
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Employees of EzyDog, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are excluded.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete one My EzyDog Pet Profile to 100%.
• Only one entry per person/email is permitted.

3. Campaign Period

• The giveaway runs from 17 October 2025 to 31 October 2025 11:59pm, Central European Time (CET).
• Pet Profiles completed after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize

• 1 winner will receive the Ultimate Winter Pack containing 1x EzyDog Ortho Range Bed, 1x Thermax Vest and 1x Ezy Bone (size and colour subject to availability).
• Approximate retail value over €300
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner(s) Selection & Notification

• The winner(s) will be chosen at random using a fair and verifiable method.
• The winner(s) will be notified by email within 3 business days after the campaign ends.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, EzyDog reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Marketing Consent

• By entering, participants agree to receive emails from EzyDog related to this giveaway.
• Additional marketing emails (offers, promotions, product launches) will only be sent if the entrant provides explicit consent (opt-in).
• Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link.

7. Data Privacy

• EzyDog will process personal data in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used only for administering the giveaway and, where consented, for marketing communications.
• Data will be securely stored and not shared with third parties, except as required to administer the prize.

8. General Conditions

• EzyDog reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• EzyDog is not responsible for entries not received due to technical errors.
• By participating, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

9. Governing Law

• This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam, NL.
