Shipping

Orders are processed within 48 hours during business days.

Depending on where you live, delivery is usually within 3–6 working days. If you cannot track your package via the link we send you, please contact our Customer Support immediately.

A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with your order when the order ships.

Please note: We do not ship outside of Europe.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the withdrawal button below and follow the two-step confirmation process. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request has been submitted.

Once you have submitted a withdrawal request, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Please note:
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items when exercising your right of withdrawal.
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as your original order.
  • Outbound shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable.
Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Personalised items (including personalised labels), as these are made to order specifically for you
  • Goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened

Return Policy (30-Day Returns)

Beyond your statutory 14-day withdrawal right, we offer 30-day returns for peace of mind, provided the following criteria are met:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The item can be tried on but must remain unused, with original tags included in the parcel
  • The item was purchased from EzyDog
  • The item is not personalised (personalised labels cannot be returned)
  • The item is not soiled or tarnished

Important Notes:
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please include a brief explanation of your return along with a copy of your packing slip or order reference number.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days after your return has been delivered to our return address for us to process your refund.

Refused Shipments

If an order is refused by the customer or cancelled during transit after it has been dispatched, the customer will be charged both outgoing and return shipping costs. Please note this does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal — if you wish to cancel your order, please use the withdrawal process above before your order has shipped where possible, or contact us at info@ezydog.eu as soon as possible.


Exchange

To make an exchange, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your original payment method.


Warranty / Guarantee

EzyDog Europe guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you experience a problem with your product, please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase.

If you are unable to return the item to the original place of purchase, or if you purchased from the EzyDog Europe website, please provide details of the issue and a photograph of the defective item. Send to: info@ezydog.eu
