Return Policy
EzyDog Europe will accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 14 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items must be purchased from the EzyDog Europe Website. Items not purchased from the EzyDog Europe Website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
We recommend carefully trying on your new products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
Returns
- Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from dirt and hair and in resellable condition.
- Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 60 days.
- Be certain that the item was purchased from the www.ezydog.eu website
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Overall Value Needs a clip on this leash
Review by Tina, (Posted on 12/11/2013)Although I like the length of this leash the only thing I wish it had was a clip fitted to the other end or even a handle? Maybe it's just me but it would make it a lot easier to tether my dogs if need be while out at the park or even to have control of them should I need to while during training. Which is where I wanted to use this particular product. Otherwise the length is great for what we need it for and the material fantastic! We have a chewer who tried to chew on it and couldn't get through it before we could pull her up on it in training. We found walking her at the beach was now a relaxing event. We can let her go in for a dip without us having to join her and we could retrieve her without all the hassle of waiting for her to come when she was ready not us.
